Order Policies

  • All baked goods are made to order to ensure freshness.
  • Orders are only confirmed once payment is received.
  • Changes to an order must be requested at least 48 hours before pickup/delivery.
    Changes within 48 hours may not be possible.

Pre-Order Policy

  • Pre-orders are recommended for holiday weeks, large events, specialty items, and custom quantities.
  • A 50% deposit is required for all pre-orders over $30.
    Wedding, bulk, or catering orders may require a higher deposit.
  • Pre-orders must be placed at least:
    • 48 hours in advance for standard menu items based on quantity.
    • 5–7 days in advance for custom, decorated, or specialty items.
    • Custom Cut and Stamped Cookies requires 60 day lead time.
  • Failure to pick up a pre-order will result in forfeiture of the deposit and the item.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

Cancellations

  • Orders canceled 48+ hours before pickup/delivery are eligible for a refund minus a small processing fee if applicable.
  • Orders canceled within 48 hours of pickup/delivery are non-refundable due to the cost of ingredients and production time.

Refunds

Refunds are offered only in the following situations:

  • A confirmed error on our part (wrong item, incorrect quantity, etc.)
  • A product quality issue that can be documented within 24 hours of pickup/delivery
  • Item(s) must be returned for verification

We do not offer refunds for:

  • Change of mind
  • Not liking a flavor you selected
  • Items damaged after pickup
  • Failure to pick up the order
  • Pre-orders abandoned or forgotten
  • Custom items that have already been started

Store Credit

Depending on the situation, we may offer store credit instead of a refund.


Pickup Policy

  • Please arrive within your scheduled pickup window.
  • If you are running late, contact us as soon as possible.
  • Items left for more than 24 hours without communication may be discarded and are not eligible for refund.

Allergy Notice

  • Our kitchen handles nuts, dairy, eggs, soy, wheat, and gluten.
    We cannot guarantee any product is allergen-free, although every attempt is made to keep such items from cross contamination.
